Our customer’s garage door got stuck on its way up and wouldn’t budge.
Our Solution:
One of the tracks was so severely bent that it was beyond any repair. SO, we started by removing the door and taking down the damaged tracks. Then, we installed a new pair and made sure they were properly aligned. We also installed new rollers because the existing ones were showing signs of wear. We reinstalled the door and performed the overdue maintenance before leaving.
