The customer identified a sensor alignment issue on his own using the sensor LED’s when his garage door wouldn’t close.
Our Solution:
The sensors only needed minor adjustment, so our usual technique for loosening and realigning and leveling them was easily sufficient. Cleaning the lenses inside and out ensured that no dirt could be causing the problem either. The garage door closed normally again afterward.
